What you are actually buying

An architect designs the building and hands you the drawings. The architect is not the contractor. That is what we are for cosmetics. We develop the formula from scratch, prove it with real stability and efficacy data, and sell it to you outright. It is yours, in writing, to take to any manufacturer on earth and make them bid for it. Most labs will not do that, because the formula is how they keep you.

When it is finished we route you to a manufacturer who can run it, and we stay on the build so you are not handed a spec sheet and left alone with it.
