The Cosmetic Formulary is a formulation house. We build cosmetic and OTC formulas from scratch in our own lab, prove them with real data, and sell them to you outright. We do not manufacture your product, and we do not hold the formula over you.
What you get

- The full formulation document. INCI list, percentages, and the manufacturing procedure.

What it costs
Development is quoted up front against your brief. The quote covers chemist time, raw materials, sampling, and the testing package. There is no per unit royalty and no license. You pay once and the formula is yours.

What happens after the formula is done
We match you to a manufacturer sized for your volume, transfer the formula and the process, and review the first production batch against our own data. You hold the manufacturer relationship directly. See how the process runs.
