The Cosmetic Formulary is a formulation house. We develop the chemistry, prove it in the lab, and hand you ownership of it. What happens next is the part that kills most brands, and it is the part we do not leave you to do alone.

Why routing is the hard part

A manufacturer is not a commodity. Their equipment, their minimums, their preservative preferences, their compliance posture and their willingness to run someone else's formula without quietly changing it all vary enormously. Pick wrong and your product comes back substituted, unstable, or priced out of your own market.

We do not take referral fees. We match your formula and your volume to the house whose capability actually fits what we built.

  • Transfer the formula, the master batch record and the process instructions
  • Speak chemist to chemist with their lab so nothing gets reinterpreted
  • Confirm the component and closure they intend to run against what we tested
  • Review the first production batch against our own bench and stability data
  • Read the certificate of analysis and tell you what it should say
