Every product in here is an over-the-counter drug, not a cosmetic. That single fact changes the testing, the label, the claims you are allowed to make, and where the product can legally be manufactured. It is the most expensive thing to discover late, and most brands discover it late.

We formulate it, build the testing plan, route you to an FDA-registered drug establishment, and stay in the room while they make it. These are quoted as a development program rather than sold as samples.
